Experience Lake Michigan like never before at this charming cabin nestled in the woods, surrounded by miles of pristine shoreline. Wake up to the gentle sounds of Lake Michigan, birds singing, and fresh, crisp air—ah, the good life! Good Morning Arcadia is cozy yet inviting, offering a peaceful and private retreat. Please note that shoreline access may vary with changing water levels, but stairs are available on the north side of the property for lake access. Just one flight of stairs leads up to the main level of the house, which faces west and offers stunning sunsets. Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, perfect for up to four guests.
The full kitchen (no dishwasher) is equipped with all the essentials you need. One bedroom features a sliding door to the deck, giving you great views and the soothing sounds of the lake. Stay entertained with a Smart TV, cable, and WIFI. There's also a washer and dryer in the lower-level laundry room. If it gets a bit warm outside, fans are available in each room, though the refreshing lake breeze usually keeps things comfortable.
Relax on the spacious deck off the living room, where you can enjoy breathtaking lake views. You’ll also find a charcoal grill perfect for outdoor cooking.
Don’t miss the incredible sunsets and starry night skies—they’re truly unforgettable. Golf enthusiasts will love that Arcadia Bluffs is just 3.5 miles away, and there are plenty of nature trails, dunes, and scenic overlooks nearby. Be sure to explore the charming towns of Arcadia, Frankfort, and Onekama. Manistee is only 23 miles from here. Arcadia Beach and Veterans Memorial are just minutes away, and a scenic drive north on M-22 will take you to the stunning Baldy Dunes or Sleeping Bear Dunes.
Dogs are welcome (up to 2). Please remember to clean up after your furry friends.

Very enjoyable and relaxing time. Enjoyed the view of Lake Michigan, the beautiful sunsets, and walks on the beach. Only 10-15 minutes to restaurants in Frankfort.

Good Morning Arcadia is a sweet little cottage in the perfect location to enjoy short beach walks, relaxing, and stunning sunsets. There are also plenty of good trails nearby for hiking. It is generally quite and private, although this year ATVs marred the quite a few times. What you get in location, you sacrifice in aesthetics of the cottage. It is old and run down and, unfortunately, a little dirty. The kitchen is not stocked adequately so visitors might want to bring their own pots and pans for cooking. The surface of non-stick pans are flaking off and will get in the food you cook and eat. Wi-Fi is spotty. We could not get the television to work, which was okay because it was good to escape TV for a while!

It was everything I hoped it would be and more. One of the most relaxing vacations I’ve taken in years. The location is perfect both for its tranquil beauty and privacy, as well as accessible to area attractions. Good Morning Arcadia is the perfect size cottage for a couple or small family. We found it exceptionally clean and comfortable. Lake front views and glorious sunsets every day.

The rental was located directly on Lake Michigan in a very private setting. We loved the location. The only issue we had was the sink would not drain in the bathroom and there were ants in the house. The house could have been cleaner as there was dog hair in various areas of the house. The fridge was not cleaned and was quite dirty.Overall, we had a wonderful trip and will definitely come back again!
