We had a wonderful family get-together at this beautiful property. The view was spectacular and the beaches were lovely. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. All the rooms were spacious and perfect for 10 people vacationing together. We look forward to going back again next year!

Oxnard was great, and we were close to the harbor, restaurants and everything we wanted. We took fun day trips to Ojai, Santa Barbara, Solvang, Ventura...It was a great time for family!

We celebrated Christmas with our family. The house easily accommodated all 10 of us. Grandparents, children and grandchildren. We had a good time in spite of rain. The grandchildren loved being able to walk right onto the sand.It is a house built in 1981 so it does show its age. Very clean. The kitchen needs more silverware. And if you are a cook bring your own knives.Over a good experience.
