Exclusive Aqua Escape is a direct beachfront home in Indian Rocks, FL, home to one of the top-rated beaches on the East Coast. This exclusive property features a private heated pool and captivating Gulf views from three balconies. You’ll enjoy the same gorgeous turquoise Gulf waters as Clearwater Beach, but in a much less crowded setting.
Facing the beach, the house features a private fenced yard and heated pool. The beach has beautiful “white sugar” sand and clear, warm Gulf waters with gentle waves.
Restaurants, bars, and a shop where you can rent paddleboards or bicycles are all within a short walking distance. The home is also within approximately a two-hour drive of Orlando’s Disney Parks and Universal Studios, making a day trip possible.
Other destinations near the house include Treasure Island, St. Petersburg, home to The Dali Museum and other attractions, and Tampa. Within a two-minute walk from the house, there is also a park with tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, as well as a playground.

The second floor features an open floorplan with the living room, a well-equipped chef's kitchen with an island, a dining table that seats 12, and a half bathroom.
Sit back and enjoy time with friends and family in the comfortable living area while watching the 75” 4K TV.
Share a meal with friends at the large teak dining table located on the deep covered deck. A spiral staircase leads directly down to the pool area.
THIRD FLOOR
The third floor features 2 Master bedrooms, 2 bunk bedrooms, and a large balcony.
Relax in the peaceful larger Master bedroom, decorated with wood furniture. It includes a King bed, walk-in closet, workspace, and bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and stone-tiled steam shower.
Sliding doors provide access to a vast covered balcony with scenic beach and palm tree views.
Located down the hall from the larger Master bedroom are three additional bedrooms, perfect for accommodating friends and family.
Another Master bedroom features a California King bed, ideal for taller guests, a 27” TV, and a private bathroom. This bedroom has a window overlooking the beach and a sliding door providing access to the third-floor balcony.
The first bunkroom also offers beach and ocean views. It features Queen bunk beds, a separate vanity with a shared bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
The second bunk bedroom offers a Queen-size bed on the bottom and a Twin XL bed on top. The room also includes beanbag chairs, creating a fun space for kids to enjoy gaming, cartoons, or movies on the 50” TV.

Wonderful home directly on the beach. Perfect for a family getaway. Plenty of room in the entire house. Couldn’t ask for a better location. IRB is the place to stay if you want to enjoy beautiful beaches. We loved the giant back porch. We loved the pool area easy access to the beach. Probably time to have the interior painted not that that hindered our stay at all, but just some feedback. Could also use a blender.Will stay again!!!

Annually, we go on a family vacation. There are 12 of us; 9 adults and 3 children. We have vacationed on house boats, houses in the mountains, houses at other beaches and cruise ships. All members of the family agreed the recent vacation in Indian Rocks, Florida at the beautiful Exclusive Aqua Escape home ranked right at the top of the list. The communication with Beach Time Rentals property management was excellent prior to our arrival and during our stay. The home was fabulous. It was very large but felt cozy. It exceeded our expectations. It was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We had two mini vans, and both fit in the garage with the door closed. We enjoyed the clean swimming pool, the well-kept landscape and having direct access to the white sandy beach. The ocean views from the property were stunning. There are numerous restaurants and activities close to the home. The home is definitely on the list for a return trip.

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for our extended family and it's right on the beach with a fabulous pool. My older parents were able to stay on the ground floor and minimize stair use. Our 4 children split the rooms with bunk beds and shared the Jack & Jack bathroom. The queen bed that was extra long was appreciated by my 6'4" brother-in-law. Everyone was really comfortable. Even the mattress and the pillows were comfortable. The two balconies were also much-utilized spaces. The children basically lived in the ocean and the pool. We did pay for the pool to be heated (mid-April stay) and it was perfect. Everyone spent a LOT of time in that pool. The kitchen was big and well equipped (and well organized!). I appreciated the very long family dining table for our party of 10. The sunset views from this home are spectacular. My only wish for this property would be for the garage spaces to be wider. It was challenging to get our large family cars safely into the spaces. Be prepared to do a 3-point turn to get in and out. Overall this was a wonderful week at a spectacular home.

The home was located right on the beach which was great.The home was clean enough, but could use a good deep clean. The beds were great. The couch was very stained and dirty. I am more comfortable with a leather couch when staying away from home. Home could use some updates.The pool was dirty when we arrived, it was supposed to be cleaned rMonday and Thursday....I had to call and they arrived on Wednesday.We had 3 cars and their is parking for 2. It was very difficult to find parking for our 3rd car.We did have a great time, and the house was nice enough. For the money I think I could have done better.
