This Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and a sitting area that leads out to the balcony. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The property that started it all, Phoenix I is the original! In 2018, the entire building received a complete update. Some of those improvements included energy-efficient, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors facing the Gulf-front balconies. Also, a new beach boardwalk, improved grilling area, updated lobby and lighted Phoenix symbol on North of building, making it easily recognizable!

Room was much smaller than expected, it was ok for my wife and myself but 2nd bedroom was small. Kitchen was extremely small, didn’t have many kitchen utensils. Only had 4 forks and 4 plates and we had to clean the plates and bowls before use. Air filter for the hvac system hadn’t been changed in months.

The beach view and location was great. Very close to shops and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were several things that could have made it a 5 star stay. There didn’t seem to be much attention to detail in the condo. It was very bare bones, there was nowhere to hang or put anything so our stuff was all over the floor. A rack with hooks for towels, purse, etc. on the empty wall in the entryway would be really great, as would a luggage rack. Also, two of the four chairs on the patio were broken and unusable. The beach closet was like the closet of misfit toys - everything in there was broken or worn out. The arm inside the dishwasher was broken off (we fixed it temporarily), dirty dishes in the cabinet, no extra trash bags, light over the sink not working. These are small things that if fixed, would make a big impact.

The view was amazing and the location is good, but the individual condo we had needs work. The latch on the sliding door to the balcony is broken and kept falling off. Several light bulbs were burned out. The shelf in the freezer is rusted and looks awful. The compressor on the refrigerator is very noisy - sounds like it is going out. The Keurig coffee maker has an electric short in it and needs replacing. The toilet in the master bath room needs maintenance - it works, but only if you hold the handle down for a LONG time. Lastly, the building has 2 elevators but only one of them works, so be ready to wait your turn.
