Guests will enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5-bedroom/4.5 bath house. The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, as do the 2 other guest rooms. The kid's room is furnished with bunk beds. The bright living room is furnished with a leather sofa set, and the family room has a sofa sleeper, which can accommodate two additional people. The kitchen is perfect for dining, equipped with high-end GE appliances and a granite bar for casual meals. In the summer, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming or relaxing on the beach and later watch the sunset from the balcony of the living or master bedroom. The house also has a hot tub in the backyard.
Ski resorts, casinos, nightlife, and other great South Lake Tahoe activities are nearby! You will create a ton of memories in this house with your friends and family. Close to South Lake Tahoe, Glenbrook, NV, Heavenly Ski Resort, Cave Rock, and Rock Climbing, and centrally located in Lake Tahoe, so you can experience all the Lake has to offer!
Maximum daytime 12 and nighttime occupancy 6
Notice that gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited
Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 2
Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500; and Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

The house is BEAUTIFUL!!!! love it had enough beds for all of us. The master was my favorite with a jacuzzi bath tub and the view to the lake was very nice! I would recommend this home and will be booking again hopefully soon!!!!

Our stay was great, no issues. The home had everything we needed. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. The surrounding neighborhood was very quiet.

This home is in a great location, close to beach access and in a private neighborhood. Home had plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and the enclosed backyard was nice for the puppy.

My family and I had a great time on our visit to Lake Tahoe. What a truly beautiful place.
Our VRBO home was very nice and well-appointed with one significant exception. The prominently advertised Hot Tub did not work appropriately throughout our stay. We were counting on spending relaxing time in the tub after full days hiking and/or on the water.
When I reported the situation to mgt the problem could not be fixed. It was apparent that mgt knew the Hot Tub required repairs however they had made no effort to fix the unit before our arrival. Very disappointing response from mgt to my concerns. This issue made an otherwise wonderful trip a bit of a downer.
