About this apartment rental
Robin's Nest is a super cute and new lakefront tiny house located on Turk Lake just north of Greenville, Michigan. It features electric heat, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, and a great lakefront deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining, and a nice view of Turk Lake. Includes lake access and private bonfire ring! Large yard, very safe, very private, and makes for a great romantic getaway for couples!

We have a local property manager that lives in the area and is available to answer any questions and/or address any issues.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
The home is in a residential lakefront community made up mostly of small cottages on Turk Lake. The house is just a short walk from The Turk Lake Bar and Grill, which features lots of delicious entrees for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also have a large waterfront deck for waterfront dining in the summer. This makes it so that you can easily eat out and avoid cooking if you wish, without even needing to get in your car!
The area is a rural / small town environment. The home is just north of Greenville, Michigan. Greenville has a cute historic downtown area with a good selection of shops and restaurants. Greenville has a strong Danish heritage and is the home of the annual Danish Festival. If a bigger city environment is desired, Grand Rapids is less than an hour from the cottage and features a vast array of entertainment, shopping, and dining options.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) LAUNCHING BOATS / FISHING: Please note that it is not possible to launch boats at the property and Turk Lake does not have a public boat launch. It is possible to fish from the dock though.
2) SMOKING / VAPING: Smoking and vaping of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED INDOORS.
3) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is strictly limited to only 2 people. More than 2 guests is strictly prohibited.
4) PET POLICY: Pets are strictly prohibited at this property.
5) EARLY CHECK-IN: Our policy is to allow early check-in on the day of arrival if the property is available for check-in. We will not know until the day before arrival whether or not the property will be available for early check-in or not. You can check with our local property manager the day before arrival or on your arrival day to see if the property will be available for early check-in or not.
6) LATE CHECK-OUT: We maintain a very strict and structured cleaning schedule. As such, late check-outs are strictly prohibited.

Very private and comfortable. Very clean and all the amenities you could need and some you didn’t know you needed. Great communication with property manager. Definitely recommended
