This newly completed, professionally designed multi-level, multi-deck home is located just 300 feet from the widest beach on beautiful North Captiva Island. North Captiva Pearl was designed with comfort and luxury in mind, and the utmost attention to creating an epic family vacation destination by capturing all the beauty this island paradise has to offer. The carefully planned interior and exterior amenities blend seamlessly in this spectacular Gulf view home.
North Captiva Pearl is a 3-bedroom, two and a half bath home that sleeps 8 and comes with 2 golf carts. The home features two primary suites with King Beds, a bunk room, gourmet kitchen with large island and over 1000 feet of outdoor deck space including a large observation deck with a private Yoga Shala that is one of the highest points on the island.
Enjoy the private saltwater heated pool, the private putting green, playing games of Foosball, shuffleboard, corn hole and ladder golf, or just relax reading a book from our little home library. Make plans to venture out to explore everything the island has to offer - you can go to the beach, the Safety Harbor Club pool, play tennis and pickle ball at the club, or walk the nature preserve and watch dolphins and manatees swim offshore, see bald eagles, osprey and our resident Gopher Tortoises.

The house is exactly as portrayed. It’s clean, well maintained, comfortable beds and lots of extra amenities to make the stay comfortable. The host and property manager were both really responsive and proactive. We felt that the location of the house was one of the best on the island and we liked being a little further south near the preserve. It was easy walking distance to the beach, but the two golf carts were a big help getting things back back-and-forth. We found the pool to be such a necessity after a long beach day and great for the kids to play in. The rooftop view was amazing for sunsets and stargazing.We traveled with four adults and four children. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. It’s really a special island and a great place to unwind. We highly recommend The Pearl and hope to return.

We had a wonderful week of relaxing and being unplugged. The house was so well thought out and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sunset and listening to the waves. The walk or golf cart ride to the beach was super easy. We will be coming back for another stay!

The trip was amazing! Kale the property manager was so good! He met us at the dock hauled all our stuff to the house and was so helpful. My only negative would be nice to have more furniture and and a fridge at the lower pool level. Other than that this house was great!
