Summary:
A beach vacation paradise! This is a one bedroom, oceanfront condo on the second floor. This sea cabin can sleep five people with a queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed (new as of 2023) in the living room, and a built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25".
The Space:
Enjoy the private balcony with ocean views, beach access, a pool (not heated) and fishing pier. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a laundry facility in the middle of the complex. Located at the beautiful front beach on Isle of Palms with restaurants, shops, grocery store and ice cream stands all within walking distance. The Sea Cabins have the only private pier on the island and you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license. We provide 4 beach chairs.
There is free WI-FI and cable. The Sea Cabins are located just 20 minutes from historic Downtown Charleston, 30 minutes from CHS airport and 5 minutes from 2 world class golf courses in Wild Dunes!
*No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or you can use an app on your phone.
We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!
**This condo is an elevated building with no elevator. This is a 2nd floor condo.
Cleaning information: At this property we provide we provide fresh linens, towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. We also leave a good supply of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap/shampoo, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. If you run out of any supplies, you will need to get more from the store.
Getting Around:
The Isle of Palms is a 7-mile-long barrier island in South Carolina, located approximately 12–15 miles east of downtown Charleston and accessed via the Isle of Palms Connector (SC-517) from Mount Pleasant. Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, it is known for its 6 miles of white sandy beaches, residential community, and the Wild Dunes Resort.

Property manager is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm . Property manager is available 24/7 for emergencies.

Could use some upgrades the bathroom faucets need replaced. The funiture not very wide to sit maybe upgrade to bigger furniture and more chairs to sit in. Just upgrade it no where to put our luggage other than that we loved to town and you can walk to places to eat and shop. And very Close to beach also maybe better cleaning under funiture I would return

This unit was perfect. The decor was comfortable, beachy & very clean. It was fully stocked with extra shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaners, blankets, sheets & towels if needed. We definitely would come back !!

Space is very tight but location was incredible and we didn’t rent to be inside! Host was fantastic and easy to work with. Plenty of extra linens and towels.

I would possibly stay at this unit again however the bathroom mirror and light fixture need to be dusted. There was no ironing board that I saw which each unit needs to have. I also recommend update/repair to the kitchen cabinets doors. Lastly and most importantly, the couch is extremely uncomfortable. It was not enjoyable to relax after a long working day. Please consider replacing it as this is a huge attractive point to a location; especially when the unit is relatively small to live in.
