Judy was easy to work with and had great and clear communication throughout stay. Location was ideal for us and we were fortunate to be able to book such a great place for our family (with small children) on short notice. Lots of toys and books for the kids, and plenty of yard space to run around

PRO: Rooms were clean, plenty of bathroom supplies, nice backyard and fire pit. Quiet neighborhood. CONS: Very misleading listing leads one to believe it is on Lake Congamond. It is NOT. Pictures showing the lake are from an extremely small area several blocks away, with houses and fences separating about 20 foot wide access. The washer/dryer was in the basement by necessity but junk was piled everywhere (see pictures).Listing indicates LP BBQ. Yep, 4 of them, not one I'd want to put food on. Plus a tent type car port, full of more "junk". This place has potential if a couple of truckloads of junk was removed. Not sure how it got a 10 of 10 rating. Buyer Beware.
