About this house rental
Direct access to all snowmobile and ORV trails, A few minutes walk to Swamp II or Frederic Inn and convenience store. Super comfy and group friendly. About a mile to Dollar General. Near the AuSable River. Dozens of golf courses less than 1/2 hour drive. Family and pet friendly. 1/2 way between Gaylord and Grayling. Living room add’l sleeping is large angle sectional couch not counted in # of people that can sleep. Fully supplied kitchen, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Great fishing on numerous inland lakes as well as the AuSable and Manistee Rivers. Many opportunities for kayaking, canoeing and tubing. Very quiet and private location. Will have outdoor gas grill. Night sky viewing with little “light” pollution.
Bedroom number one is a bunk room with a twin over queen bunk. Bedroom number two is a king bedroom with private bath room. Bedroom number three is a queen bedroom and bedroom number four is a bedroom with a queen and a twin bed. Both bathrooms are full bath with showers.

The place was clean and like its pictures. There was a surface mount can light hanging from the ceiling when we got there.
