• Hot Tub Disclaimer: While the hot tub is a wonderful amenity, please note that its availability cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time due to unexpected maintenance issues.
• Parties & Events: Parties or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. This policy ensures the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all guests, as well as the preservation of our property and the peace of the surrounding community.
• Quiet Hours: Outdoor music and noise must end by 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

I was riding the Towpath Trail on my bike and this was a good place to stay close to the trail for one night, and Canal Fulton turned out to be a fun and quaint little town to visit as well.The property is unassuming from the outside but is located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in town. Inside it was super clean, modern and nicely decorated. It is done it a 'farmhouse' motif which blended together from room to room. The kitchen area is well-appointed, and the washer/dryer is easily accessible. The only thing to know, depending who all is traveling with you, is that there is only one bathroom and it's on the second floor which may not suite elderly or disabled guests.The host was friendly, clear and helpful. For the one night I stayed here, I really enjoyed it!

The house was very clean and easy to cook in. There was no bathroom on the first floor where my husband and I stayed so we had to walk up through our friends bedroom to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The stairs are very thin and steep, and my husband fell down the stairs in the wee hours waking our friends up. We are grateful that he was not hurt too bad, but we definitely should have read the listing better before we booked it.
