Minutes from Surf City, restaurants, grocery stores, and much much more! Linens included!!! NO PETS! Sleeps 4. Check-in Saturday to Saturday only. This property is a duplex (Surf & Sail) both units available for rent.

The property has an ocean view from the patio. The kitchen is well stocked for dining needs. Very clean. Only wish there was a bathroom on the main level, but even that was doable. The host responds back quickly with answers to questions.

The property was ok. I was a bit disappointed to find out that the shared decks on both levels are not fully partitioned, which made having a 2 year old there awkward. We bought a baby gate for the upper deck that worked ok. There also doesn't seem to be a central air unit at the property, instead it is cooled with mini splits so the inside stayed pretty damp due to lack of circulation. All in all I would give three stars.
