The Space:

Perfectly positioned for beach days, scenic drives and vineyard visits, this home offers an easy, welcoming base to experience everything Dunsborough and the surrounding coastline have to offer. Sunlight fills the interiors throughout the day, while generous living spaces allow everyone to come together without ever feeling crowded.



At the front of the home, a separate lounge offers a quiet retreat for reading, conversation or an evening film after a day by the ocean. Further inside, the open-plan living area becomes the social heart of the home, connecting the lounge, dining space and kitchen beneath a light, airy palette. Whether you're picking up fresh local produce or returning from a morning at the beach, the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals feel effortless, while the dining table invites everyone to linger over breakfast or share local wine long into the evening.



Large sliding doors extend the living space onto the covered alfresco, where outdoor dining and a generous BBQ set the scene for relaxed afternoons. The adjoining lawn provides space to unwind with a game of bocce or simply enjoy the fresh sea air between adventures.



The primary bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with a king bed, walk-in robe and private ensuite. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed and easy access to the central bathroom, creating comfortable spaces for family or friends to recharge after exploring the South West. A separate laundry with washer and dryer adds convenience for extended stays, while secure garage parking makes coming and going effortless.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Set in one of Dunsborough's newest residential pockets, this home offers easy access to the region's most sought-after coastal experiences. Spend your mornings at the calm waters of Dunsborough Beach, or venture to Meelup, Yallingup and Smiths Beach for swimming, surfing and scenic coastal walks, all within a short drive. Award-winning wineries, craft breweries, cafés and acclaimed restaurants are scattered throughout the Margaret River region, while Dunsborough town centre offers boutique shopping, local markets and everyday essentials just minutes away. It's an ideal base for discovering the relaxed rhythm of the South West.



Getting Around:

Parking: Garage parking is available for one car. Parking is also available on the driveway. Public transport: Just a 4-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
