This lake house is right on the lake...no more than 3 feet between the back of the house and the water. It gives a feeling of being on the water when inside. The place is kept very clean and has all the necessary supplies. Being the next to last house on the street there is a feeling of privacy in spite of all the houses along the street. It is important to note that the bed is a full, not a queen. We did not check out the pullout bed but the sofa and the love seat would likely make adequate sleeping space for kids. We were there just before Memorial Day so though we had couple of hot days it was difficult to judge whether the bedroom window a/c is adequate for the whole house. There is generally a breeze off the water but I wouldn't want to count on that during a heat wave. Overall I would say that you can rent this lake house with confidence that it will be clean, comfortable and allow unobstructed access to the water.

A cozy cottage for two right on the lake! What more could you want. The home was very clean, recently upgraded with new appliances and remodeled kitchen and bath. We would enjoy staying there again someday.

This was a perfect place for us. If you like lake views, this IS the place. Amazing views, quiet location. Perfect for fishing , kayaking - any outdoor activities. Cute fire pit too. The house was very clean, and there were so many thoughtful items supplied. There was nothing that would have made the stay better. It was an amazing time. I would highly recommend staying here.
