The popular, gently sloping sandy beach of Port dAlcúdia is only about 20 minutes away by car and is also ideal for small children as it is very safe. The town of Inca is also just a short drive away. There you will find the largest weekly market on the island as well as a large selection of restaurants and cafés. You can dine in a typical celler, an original, artistically vaulted wine cellar made of natural stone. Due to its location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, this area is also an ideal starting point for cyclists and hikers. Especially in February and March, this area enchants visitors to Mallorca with its thousands of almond trees in bloom.
