Everything was great. Very relaxing. Clean. Everything you need at the lake. It’s a little remote so get your groceries on the way in. There are tons on mosquitoes esp on back porch so come prepared with bug spray and you’ll have a blast. Love the big window overlooking the lake. Because remote very quiet. Farmerville is a little town 10-12 min away and lots of restaurants. Nice weekend get away.

This lake house was just as described. Clean, plenty of room, well stocked, and great view. 10/10 recommendation. We were able to bring our boat and use the boat lift, fish and relax. Plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles and well as boat trailer.

The dock/boat house is fun for fishing and was convenient for storing my boat at night.
