Perched atop one of Santa Eulalia’s hills, this charming Ibizan-style villa offers stunning views of the sea and mountains in a tranquil, natural setting. Surrounded by lush greenery, lawns, and fruit trees, the villa invites guests to unwind beneath the shade of grapevines.
The open-plan living area features a cozy sofa space, large TV, and indoor dining that leads out to a spacious terrace with panoramic sea views, sun loungers, and an alfresco dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and more—perfect for preparing meals at home.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, terrace access with sea views (main floor).
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (main floor).
Bedroom 3: Two single beds (main floor).
Bedroom 4: Double bed (lower level).
Bathroom 1: Bathtub (next to Bedrooms 1 and 2).

A cozy second living area with a fireplace and independent entrance is located on the lower floor.

Had a great stay at Can Macia, the views are amazing and the villa is really spacious.The hosts, Javier & Anna, couldn't have been more helpful and I will definitely be going to their villas again, in the future.

Very spacious villa, with lovely views. Good location for Santa Eulària. Large balcony with sun loungers and nice dining table. Ants are a bit of an issue in the kitchen but imagine thats the same for most villas. Kitchen well equipped and lots of spare beach towels which is very handy.

Only one word to describe this home...Perfection!! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!! Everything was absolutely amazing. Don Javier is gracious and incredibly helpful. The house was immaculately clean. We had breakfast every morning on the terrace overlooking a gorgeous view. Kitchen and laundry room were equipped with everything you could need. My family did not want to leave. When we return to Ibiza we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for a perfect experience!!
