This spacious 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom residence offers enough sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests to spread out comfortably over 2,200 square feet of well-appointed living space, making it a perfect accommodation choice for a large family, multiple families or a group of close friends looking for a home base to explore the great outdoors.
The spacious great room features a chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances, dining table with seating for 6, a large kitchen island with seating for 3, a gas fireplace, and a 55” TV with FuboTV. Step outside to the covered patio and you’ll enjoy the 4 person dining table, private hot tub, and a gas fire pit!
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a queen master suite with a TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom is a king guest bedroom with a king bed and a TV.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds.
* A jack-n-jill bath is shared between the king guest bedroom and the bunk room. It features a shower/tub combo.
* The main floor has a 1/2 bath.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. This home has parking for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Additional cars may be parked a block away at the Suncadia Inn. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

It was a good fit for the 8 of us. The house had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Despite not being able to park all the cars we needed on the driveway, the inn is a short walk away. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Latitude Adjustment for a sisters’ getaway, and the home was perfect for us. We picked this house, so we could have three separate rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The home’s setting was cozy as we enjoyed the gas fire pit each evening as well as the hot tub, and our mornings were spent in the comfortable living room drinking coffee. The home is perfectly placed, walkable trails, restaurants, shopping, and a quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean, safe, and convenient. The host was quick to respond to email messages, offering help when needed. There is room to park two medium sized SUVs on the property with overflow parking available.The beds were comfortable, and the home was full of amenities, including a well stocked kitchen, although we didn’t cook. We will return.
