About this apartment rental
Courtside 113 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King bed in master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, living room has queen sleeper sofa.

The condo was a quick walk to the beach and had everything for a wonderful vacation. The rental company even offered a credit for beach rentals so we got bikes and beach chairs for free, which was an unexpected bonus.

Second time staying at Courtside Villas and did not disappoint. Walking distance to the beach and pool was a great treat afterwards. Coligny Plaza is just a quick bike ride or walk away for shopping and dining.

There were some issues with the condo that were promptly addressedAs by Sea Shore maintenance. Pros: location, master bedroom and bath comfortable, nice TV in living room.Cons: lighting in kitchen poor, pool not open until April 1 was the highest disappointment to grand kids. That should be clearly stated in on line property description, and it was not.
