Clean, good value, near a large Publix, 15 mins to Disney, 25 mins SeaWorld, 45 mins Uniiversal
(That can be traffic affected). Not on a big development, so no extra facilities. 5 mins in the car to the Champions gate restaurants.
No major road noise. Great base.

This house is well equipped and very functional. The pool is north facing very good home for summer vacation.

My biggest complaint is the check in process. I did all the paperwork online and thru email although it wasn’t enough. They wouldn’t let my husband check in and then when I arrived I didn’t have any info about how to get into the house. Not to mention since they wouldn’t let me husband check in - he took the kids to go do something which left me without a way to get to the office. They did resolve it but I still had to go the next morning to finish checking in. I travel a lot (only been home 4 weekends since last Christmas) and this was the most complicated place I have checked in to. Has to be a simpler way!
