Completely renovated and private 1 bedroom getaway with beach access wher you can enjoy beautiful river sunrises and sensets, plus eagle watching! Just a 6 minute drive to downtown Chillicothe, 60 minutes to Stared Rock State Park, 18 minutes to beautiful Grandview Drive in Peoria Heights, or just 23 minutes to downtwon Peoria.
This cottage guest house includes a kitchentte, small table, dresser, and bathroom which includes a shower and toilet. There is one sink and it is located in the kitchenette.
Enjoy your coffee down on the beech, or bring your kayaks to launch out the back. A public boat launch is also available in Chilllicothe.

Cute place on the river. Not a big place but perfect for a couple. Very clean place and comfortable bed. Can’t ask for much more.

This was a perfect place for our one night stay in Peoria! The place was very clean and it was nice to have drinking water and snacks available to us! Nice little restaurant just down the street with excellent food. Very peaceful, quiet setting on the lake!

It was really more like a nice hotel room than a guest house due to the small size but intelligently designed and compact. Nicely styled. The pictures and description on the site were accurate so I was aware in advance of the size and it wasn't really a drawback for us. It was clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. There's no electrical outlet in the bathroom, however, so if you need to blow dry and style your hair in front of a mirror you'll have to use the full-length mirror by the door where there is an outlet. You can't beat the view and proximity to the river which is what we were there for. Very peaceful and quiet. The grill and fire pit were appreciated amenities. Jill was prompt to respond to messages. She even kindly offered to mail the shirts we had inadvertently left in the closet.
