About this bed and breakfast
You are welcome to stay in this gorgeous Point Loma unit with considerate finishes, floor, walls, windows, lights, AC, paintings, kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, bath, storage shelves, and furniture.
Our house is located in the heart of the Point Loma Fleetridge neighborhood. The rental unit is a private entrance first floor unit. The space features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 walk in closet. Living, dinning and kitchen are layed out in a welcome open space. It is very comfortable for 1-3 people.
The Point Loma and Shelter Island areas are some of the most prestigious areas of all of San Diego. You'll enjoy incredible access to the scenic harbor front and marina in a very calm and peaceful dead end street with no traffic, high end neighborhood. You will enjoy a brief walk to the village for shopping, restaurant, fishing, bayside parks, yacht clubs, Shelter Island, and many attractions and recreational amenities.
My husband and I (Ping and Jane) are your hosts. We live upstairs in the main house on the property. We will be good resource for questions about things to do around area. The bedroom's 4k Smart TV has a build in Roku, in addition, we provide Netflix.
Compared to most homes on the coast does not have air conditioning, we just installed AC to add more value and comfort to our guests.
The unit is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. However if you wish for a mid stay cleaning and change of linens during your stay we can arrange for the housekeeper to come for an additional charge of $130. Please give us one day's notice so we can get this scheduled.
Past guest discount is available for returning guests. Inquire for details.

Great property for solo or couple. Close to airport and excellent food options all very close by. Even when traveling in late do to delayed flghts! Perfect location to access downtown or the beaches. Hosts communicated well to all my requests. I would stay here again. 5 stars!

The location is excellent and was very easy to get around San Diego! Jane was very helpful and available whenever we needed anything. The space is clean and has all that you would need. And there are several fruit trees around which was a delightful added bonus!

Great location, very helpful host, comfortable accommodations all around, all the essential amenities and more in the kitchen, washroom and closet. Air conditioning available and lovely patio for outdoor time surrounded by fruit trees. Would definitely stay here again.
