Casa Laura – with private parking – is situated in the historical centre of Pollença. It offers an authentic Majorcan experience in an impressive and idyllic town. As is it a spacious house its also perfect for people who want to go on workation in Majorca.
Full of character and charm, this Majorcan stone townhouse has both original and modern features. It has been restored to a high standard, and has been decorated with love and attention to detail. The house has plenty of outdoor space where you can soak up the sun. The cosy courtyard with private pool and the fantastic roof terrace will allow you to spend your summer holiday outdoors. The ground floor benefits from a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The top floor is an independent loft with another double bedroom, a bathroom, a large living/dining room and a kitchen.
Casa Laura is situated right in the heart of the lovely old town, very close to the main square. The Sunday market attracts visitors with its amazing fruit, food and flower stalls, which bring an abundance of colour and life to the main square. At the same time, numerous artisan stalls line the side streets of the town and live music is performed, creating a truly memorable experience. The beautiful sandy beaches are just a ten-minute drive away.

Amazing home. Location, interior, wading pool, fully equipped with anything you could want or need. Communication and instructions were clear and prompt. We would stay here again 10 out of 10 times.

We had a lovely week in this beautiful home. The house is so well equipped and so convenient to the centre of Pollensa.
Maybe a kettle and microwave in the second kitchen upstairs would be helpful for those with a baby.

Wow! What a special place. It was spotless. It was huge. We didn't even use all of the living spaces. The town is so lovely with lots of incredible restaurants. The included parking was really nice to have. Pollenca is really wonderful. We would definitely go back and would stay here! Our advice, make sure you rent a really small car. The town has incredibly narrow streets.

Great location and nice features in this old property.
Air conditioning noisy in top bedroom especially. It must be an old design as we were told not to turn below 23 as the unit could fail.
Clean but dated and in need of a paint refresh. Swimming pool is not swimming pool! - it’s a paddling pool.
