Two-bedroom beachfront condo on 15th floor at Tropic Winds! Close to Pier Park, very family-friendly. Newly renovated (in 2021) and professionally decorated! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit boasts 1200 sq ft of beautiful living space with an updated kitchen. LED television sets in every bedroom. 1 King & 2 Queen beds, very comfy! Extra large, furnished balcony, offering breathtaking views of the ocean waters and the softest white sand on the gulf coast. Condo has 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup daily (Between 3/15 - 10/31 only). 1 parking spot included, overflow parking available first-come first-serve.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean, and had an astonishing view of the Gulf. The check-in process was easy and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the two beach chairs, which was a wonderful bonus and very convenient. Meghan made everything easy through the whole process answering all questions and offering help in every way. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an Amazing Vacation with our grandkids at this condo. They loved all the amenities at the Tropic Winds. The beach service was great to have! The condo is beautiful, very clean, with an Amazing view of the Gulf! My grandkids watched for dolphins daily from the balcony. The place is very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. We will definitely stay here again, when we come back. I Highly recommend this place. Meghan is a great communicator with all information.

Everything in the condo was clean and comfortable. The beach view was spectacular and peaceful. The host was always there if we needed her. The kitchen had everything we needed to help our stay be stress free.

It’s A Shore Thing was fabulous. Very clean. Beautiful view. Beautiful balcony. Comfy beds. Would definitely be back.
