Really nice property! We will definitely stay here again when visiting our son college. Lots of room and huge kitchen. Everything exactly as expected and super close to attractions. We found parking easily right outside the house too.

Arthur made everything as easy as possible, including instructions for check-in and parking. The house is lovely, and really well-appointed. The neighborhood is so convenient to so many sites and restaurants, we pretty much left our car parked and walked the area. This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Pittsburgh!

The online photos & description were accurate. Only one bedroom had some sort of dresser to hold clothes & other personal items, so living out of a suitcase really wasn't conducive for a 5-night stay, One bedroom with a huge walk-in closet also had a luggage stand & a long chair. But the large 2nd FL bedroom had no closet, dresser, chair or luggage stand. The bedroom floors were dirty/dusty in spots so living out of an open suitcase on the floor was not an option. The large (rain) shower (in the photos) was not clean. Several spots with mold & the corners all had what looked like rust stains on the tile floor. Since we were driving 5 hours from Philly & going to a 6:40 baseball game, we asked to check in before 5:00 to give more time to unpack & get ready for the game. Our request was denied due to the time needed for cleaning between guests. This was even more disappointing as the house had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was no central air or window unit in the small 3rd FL bedroom & no screen in the window. The ceiling fan didn't do much except circulate the hot air. Since the screen for the terrace door didn't really fit securely, I only slightly opened the door for some air - but the noise from the hospital helicopters & the homeless and drug dealing folks behind the Giant Eagle went on all night long. Not a reflection on the host, VRBO or neighbors but guests should be cautious if walking home at night past the Giant Eagle & 7-11.
