The fourth bathroom is located in the apartment's common area.



The apartment also features a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room and three bedrooms have air conditioning; the remaining bedroom has a fan and portable heater.



The apartment also has a private laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and iron.



The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment during their stay.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Bairro Alto, just steps from Chiado, in one of Lisbon's most iconic and vibrant areas.



Here you will find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and local businesses, with much of Lisbon's historic centre easily accessible on foot.



From the apartment, you can easily explore areas such as Chiado, Príncipe Real, Bica, Baixa and Cais do Sodré, as well as some of the city's best-known landmarks, including Praça Luís de Camões, São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint and Time Out Market.



Bairro Alto is known for its historic atmosphere and lively nightlife, especially at night and on weekends, making it an excellent choice for guests who want to stay in the heart of the city and experience Lisbon up close.



Getting Around:

The location makes it easy to explore much of Lisbon's historic centre on foot, so a car is not necessary to discover the city.



Baixa-Chiado metro station is just a short walk away, providing easy connections to other areas of Lisbon and the airport.



There are also several bus and tram connections nearby, including the famous Tram 28.



Cais do Sodré station is easily accessible on foot and offers train connections to Belém, Estoril and Cascais, as well as metro, buses and ferries to the south bank of the Tagus River.



Rossio station, with trains to Sintra, is also within walking distance.



For short trips, shared bikes and e-scooters are available throughout the area. Uber and other ride-hailing services are also widely available in Lisbon.



If arriving by car, please note that Bairro Alto has restricted vehicle access and limited parking. Paid car parks are available nearb



Other Things to Note:

As the apartment is located in a central and lively area of Lisbon, some street noise may be expected, particularly at night and on weekends. It may therefore not be the best choice for guests who are particularly sensitive to noise.



Parties and events are not allowed. To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests and neighbours, parties, loud gatherings or any activity that may disturb the building are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate termination of the stay, in accordance with Airbnb's applicable rules and policies.



The apartment is equipped with noise level monitors that measure decibel levels only and do not record or transmit audio or conversations. These devices help us ensure quiet hours are respected and avoid disturbing our neighbours.



In accordance with Portuguese law, guests are required to provide the identification details necessary for registration with the relevant authorities. All guests must complete the form/link provided for this purpose.



To ensure the proper functioning of the air conditioning, please keep the temperature between 19°C and 23°C, avoid extreme settings and switch it off whenever the apartment is empty.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to welcome our guests in person at check-in, so we can greet you and make sure you have all the information you need for your stay.



Whenever possible, a member of our team will meet you personally for check-in. Self check-in is only used when no one from our team is available to welcome you.
