Overall, the location is very nice and has everything you need for a great stay in Kona. We were without hot water for 2 days because the water heater failed. The owner had a new one installed promptly, but the breaker kept flipping on the water heater, so we had to frequently check the electrical panel to make sure we had hot water. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again.

This home had everything we needed! A well equipped kitchen, each room had an attached bathroom. There were boogie boards , plenty of beach towels and coolers. We used the barbecue on the patio. Master suite has an ocean view. The host greeted us right of way and said let us know if you need anything. Great location, I highly recommend this property!
