HOA to the max. A notebook full of rules and They charge fees for literally any and everything

Pool and jacuzzi are nice when they are open but have short hours to be summer.

We had trouble getting thru gate and In condo. I was not sent the check in info til an hour AFTER my check in time. The dryer barely works. Have to turn it on 3 times at 60 min just to dry 2 towels. Tv controls are very difficult. Last 2 days tvs said no signal and we couldn’t get controls to work. Nosy neighbors that live in condo across from us are very rude and bossy and keep coming to my son about little things like leaving the porch light on. This place was very expensive for 1 week so expected more. They charge a $250 cleaning fee when booking but also require for u to wash and dry towels and bed linens before check out. I would not stay here again!

The location was excellent, sea view, near town and convenient to Volcano. The condo was beautiful, felt like home. It was perfect for celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.
