Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive a check-in form via email and your booking channel. Please complete this form to receive further details about your stay.
Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:
– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

Great view. Very clean. Kids loved the pool and looking at wildlife in the lagoon. We loved kayaking off the dock. Loved covered patio and outside dining. Some construction next door but not overly loud. The A/C went out and Mallory was very responsive. It couldn't be repaired quickly so we moved to a different property.

This was by far the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. The views are amazing! The only negative is the pool temperature. They do not allow you to change it below 94 degrees. That was just not refreshing at all. But that is the only negative about this place. Can’t wait to book again!!

Great house, great pool. Needs dock lights. The lagoon smells due to algae. It needs to be cleaned for any snorkeling or kayaking. Unable to use this feature, that was disappointing
