Originally built in 1890 and moved to its location current location in 1920. The original log cabin serves as the living room now. The house has been completely remodeled and updated on inside. New furniture, cabinets, beds, paint, floors and amenities. All new! Just a few minutes from the secluded shores on Lake Michigan, Lake McDonald and Gulliver Lake. 15 minutes away from historic Manistique. Only about an hour from Mackinac Island. Same for Pictured Rocks. Sightseeing or just relaxing under the stars, it's all here. Unwind in Gulliver at this adorable house. With 2 nice sized bedrooms upstairs, separated by a door, each featuring queen beds. Downstairs a bathroom stocked with the essentials, this cozy retreat is perfect for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, pots/pans, coffee pot, heating, AC, and WiFi during your stay. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Overall a smooth sailing cozy stay! The bedrooms are both located upstairs which you can not tell from the pictures, so if you have small children keep that in mind. Otherwise everything was great, they have everything you could possibly need and the small details really brought everything together. Wifi, board games, a purified water dispenser because of the hard water that comes from the sink. Amazing hosts, would stay here again!

Host was super nice. We were so pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities. It was so nice to have things there like coffee and creamer and condiments. We definitely felt like we were at home. The pup used the dog bed and the toys and I was really happy that they made it feel like home to our dog also! We enjoyed the fire pit as well. Beds were super comfy and shower was hot! All around great stay!

Great communication with the host, very nice place to stay in, comfortable couches and beds!, great location also for snowmobiling with the trailnhead and gas station just down the street!

This rental exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly spacious and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel just like home. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved the selection of games for family fun. The beds were also very comfortable. Highly recommend!
