PINEAPPLE HOUSE - Delightful two bedroom, two bath elevated home, camouflaged in its own beautiful, mature landscape. Tastefully renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets, and an open breakfast deck off the sunny eat-in kitchen. Both bathrooms have also been completely updated. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has 2 double beds. There are televisions in both bedrooms as well as the living room. This home has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There are vaulted ceilings, wood floors and plantation shutters. Deeded beach access just a few steps away. 22nd Street West is a desirable address close to the historic village where you can enjoy everything Boca Grande has to offer.

This house exudes warmth and comfort, providing all the amenities you could desire. Its prime location makes it an ideal choice, and I highly recommend renting a golf cart upon arrival. This was my second Easter celebration here, and I genuinely hope it becomes my cherished Easter weekend tradition every year.

Spent 5 nights here with our family of 4 and we were very pleased with the house and the fabulous location. We enjoyed dinners on the screened-in porch and the quick and easy walk to the beach was perfect for our kids. The location was ideal and a close golf cart ride to shops, restaurants, etc. The home is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Truly a perfect option for families or a couples getaway. The only thing that prevented this from being a perfect stay was issues with check-in where we were not able to get in touch with anyone at the property management group at the time of check-in (on a Sunday). They immediately got in contact with us Monday morning but it was a concerning start to the trip.

The house was just what we needed. Could have used a deep clean as there was a lot of dust and the front stairs definitely need some repair but we had a good stay. Thank you.

Location was awesome, just as detailed in the listing. Perfect for a small family. Super comfortable. Kitchen stocked to cook at home. Close to town. Will def stay here again.
