C'est Jolie II is a freshly decorated unit located in Point Pleasant with all new furniture and paint. This rare walk in villa has a no step entry and no steps inside! It's a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. It has two new AC's, one in the bedroom and one in the living room for those really hot nights. Most nights you won't even need it with the constant trade winds blowing through your large balcony!

This villa has a large private balcony where you can enjoy your early morning coffee or late afternoon drinks while enjoying breathtaking views of Tortola and our many cays and surrounding islands in what we call the "down island" view.

Situated in a convenient location on the Terrace level, a short walk to shoreline pool, Sun & Sea Bar & Grill, Terrace pool and Ocean 180.

We have a gated entrance with security guard and 24 hour security on site which makes your stay comfortable and secure. We are ideally located at the East end of St. Thomas out of downtown and cruise ship traffic. Easy access to many lovely beaches. Red Hook is 5 minutes away and offers many restaurants, shopping and a full service grocery store.

Onsite restaurant, Ocean 180 offers beautiful views and serves Sunday Brunch and Dinner Tuesday through Sunday. Sun & Sea Bar & Grille right on the water serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, don't forget to look for the amazing tarpon swimming, waiting for some treats (they love chicken wings!) Sun & Sea Bar Grille is right underneath Shoreline Pool!

There are 3 beautiful pools to choose from: Shoreline, Terrace and the Hilltop Pool. Steps away from us is Shoreline Pool!

You can also snorkel here along the shoreline of Sugar Beach which is only a short walk down the hill or, drive and snorkel at one of the many world-class beaches nearby. St. Thomas offers 36 public beaches for you to enjoy!

Plan to spend an exciting day at St. John! It is easily accessible just a 10 minute drive to Red Hook and a quick ferry ride away. Highly recommend a boat charter and a day in Jost Van Dyke in the BVI!

This unit is located at Point Pleasant Villas and is a privately managed condominium, not part of the on-site rental program, and managed by the owner. Guests still have use of all of the amenities including the 3 pools, 2 restaurants, on-site shuttle and Captain's lounge where you will find brochures for activities. We also provide can provide you with our concierge information.

If you are new to VRBO, please keep in mind that you are renting a private villa and you won't have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked!

Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. It could be for 10 minutes or for several hours.

Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!
