This house was by FAR the best property we’ve ever stayed at. The location is SUPREME. We woke up every morning and watched the sunrise over the ocean. Every corner you turn in this house — it’s luxury. We’re normally a 30A family but this house was way better than any 30A house we’ve ever rented. We had the beach all to ourselves. Everything was supplied. The touches are what truly make it luxurious. Outdoor shower with shampoo & body wash. Everything is new and immaculate. My kids loved the hot tub, putt putt, and ping pong table. Not to mention games galore along with a gaming/theatre ROOM. The layout was incredible. We were 2 families of 5 and we took the upstairs which had its own kitchen area, lounging area, and upper deck. Plenty of king beds! Bunk beds for kids! Comfortable beyond belief pillows and mattresses. Water pressure was awesome, water temperature gets super hot and stays hot! Every outlet in the house has USB & USB-C plug ins! EVERY. OUTLET. 2 sets of washers and dryers. I was doing laundry in half the time. Ample supplies. Most houses give you a starter set of 2 toilet papers, 2 dishwasher pods, etc. this had enough for our whole week. Lastly, communication with Adam was amazing. He was very responsive when I asked if my parents could visit and bring their dog. We will absolutely be staying here again. I can’t wait! Book this gem now before everyone else finds out about it!

This was the perfect location for a family vacation. We stayed here for spring break and had the best time. The location and the house itself are absolutely stunning. We will stay here again in the near future!
