Close to wonderful local restaurants, hiking trails, skiing, snow tubing, Harrah’s Casino, and Lake Junaluska (fishing, swimming, golfing, and pickle ball!).
☆RENTAL POLICY☆
Must be at least 22 years old to rent.
You will need to complete a rental agreement after booking with us, provide
proof of ID for verification purposes, and provide a $300 security deposit hold.
This hold will take place a few days before your booking and will be released a few days after your booking.
These things will be needed in order to receive any check-in information.
UP TO 2 DOGS ARE ALLOWED PER STAY, but you must select pets at the time of booking. The pet fee will automatically be included in the listed (host) fees. If this is not selected at the time of booking, there will be an additional $125 pet fee charged. Additional dogs may be considered, on a case by case basis. If approved, an extra fee will apply. Guests must clean up after their dogs in the yard and neighborhood.

It is an easy drive to the property. It is a hilly area, but there are no steep or dangerous roads to climb.
While we are located very close to the strip of Maggie Valley, we are in a small neighborhood area.
There are houses to the left and right of our cottage.
Valley Breeze is nestled in the scenic town of Maggie Valley, known for its natural beauty and proximity to outdoor recreational opportunities. Enjoy hiking, viewing waterfalls, fishing, and exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which is just a short drive away. During the winter, Maggie Valley is a ski town, with Cataloochee Ski Area being only a few minutes away. The nearby Lake Junaluska area provides beautiful walking paths as well as opportunities to fish, kayak, golf, swim in the community pool, and playing rounds of pickle ball. The town of Maggie Valley also offers a variety of local dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

The hosts were right on top of everything from the moment we requested a booking, and throughout our stay. The home is immaculate and situated on a beautiful property. It's on the smaller side, which was perfect for me, my husband and our dog, as we didn't want or need a massive house, but it would also be good for a family with a couple of kids. Although we took our dog with us everywhere and didn't need the crates, I thought it was a very nice touch to have a couple of nice sized crates (which doubled as end tables in the living room) available if you need them.If you plan to cook at the house, the host is very transparent about what will be provided, so read through the information carefully and plan accordingly. We only stayed a couple of days, so we chose to take advantage of the hometown restaurants located nearby for breakfast and dinner.Also, if you pay attention to the photos, you'll see that you'll need to climb stairs to gain entry, so keep that in mind if anyone in your party would find that difficult.Although we didn't use the fire pit, we did enjoy the hot tub, which is kept very clean. It's on the porch where you can enjoy the outdoors, but it's situated in such a way that you're not seen by the neighbors and your privacy is insured.I would stay here again and definitely recommend it for couples and small families.

This cabin was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed for a group of 3. Cabin was very modern and clean with a fully stocked kitchen, AC thermostats that worked well, a cozy living room, comfortable beds, and our favorite part was definitely the hot tub and beautiful porch area with a grille and table. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth and host was super helpful to answer all our questions. I would definitely come back and stay at this wonderful cabin. A true home away from home.

The location was perfect for commute, clean and perfect for our furr babies. I suggest updated picture for outside, it is not the light blue, it has been painted which is actually much more appealing.
