Welcome to “Moomba”, a stunning, fully renovated beachfront townhome nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach. Located directly on the sand, this beautiful retreat offers uninterrupted views of the Gulf and immediate beach access. Guests enjoy a complimentary beach setup, including two chairs and an umbrella, ready and waiting for your toes-in-the-sand relaxation. Inspired by the Australian word Moomba, meaning “Let’s get together and have fun,” this home was designed for unforgettable coastal memories with family and friends.
*Fully renovated beachfront vacation home located directly on the sand in Miramar Beach
*Complimentary beach set-up included (2 chairs + 1 umbrella)
*Large great room/game room with bunk beds and sleeper sofa
*Gulf-front guest bedroom with king bed and private oceanfront balcony
*Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas all facing the beach
*Kitchen is fully renovated with new appliances and an under-counter wine cooler
*Beachfront master bedroom with private Gulf-front balcony
*3rd floor guest bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom
*Nestled on the beautiful Scenic 98 in Miramar Beach
*Close to fabulous restaurants, beach bars, and endless activities
*Minimum age to rent is 25
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes are maintained above and beyond industry standards to remove any worry and make your stay with us an ideal, memorable vacation. Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

We had such a great time at Moomba! Came here with the kids and honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot. Being right on Miramar Beach was everything. The kids ran straight to the water every morning, and we didn’t have to worry about parking, hauling beach gear, or any of that. The place itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Nothing fancy, just a really comfortable, easy vacation. We’d 100% come back. If you’re thinking about it, book it!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The house was very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The rooms were spacious with plenty of sleeping space — the bunk bed even had three beds, and both sofas could be converted into beds as well.Judi was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She responded to all of our questions quickly and checked in several times to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. Her hospitality truly made us feel welcome.The beach was gorgeous, and the view alone was worth every penny. We also loved the outdoor shower on the deck, plus all the beach accessories and toys that were available to use.We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Absolutely Perfect! This was a stunning place, and very well cleaned and maintained. Everhthing from the bathrooms to the kitchen was stocked with plenry of things to make our stay easy and not stressful at all. We will definitely be back! Thank you for taking such great care of your place and guest!

The online description was not accurate. The first level bedroom was very out of date and not the cleanest. The refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen smelled liked dead fish. There was a roach in the kitchen as well. The hot water did not work. We tried reaching out for someone to fix it, no one answered. Over all it was not the cleanest. But the view was great and the top floor bedrooms were nice.
