Parking good, but many steps. Clean and comfortable with ceiling fans in two of the three bedrooms but, no a/c in the bedrooms.

Many spiders and centipedes. Very dusty and full of cob webs. Dishes seemed clean as well as the bed linens and towels. Was close to watkins glen and food. Parking not ideal.
