About this villa rental
Ocean Vista is a truly spectacular spacious villa with uninterrupted views of over the beautiful Obidos Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean and is just a short 5 min walk from the fantastic beach of Foz do Arelho.
The villa is ideally placed to take advantage of the stunning sunsets and sea views. On the ground level, the villa offers a modern and spacious living room, fully equipped modern kitchen with new stainless appliances five spacious bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms.
There are sliding glass doors from 3 bedrooms and the living room, which overlook the beach, lagoon and ocean. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, a large bathroom and a separate lounge area. There is also spacious games area with a Pool and Table Tennis Table and a fully equipped Gymnasium.
The villa sports a beautiful private Heated Pool, spacious grounds and large wrap around deck, also with ocean views.
The beach in Foz fo Arelho is rated as one of the best Blue Flag beaches in Euorpe. With its extensive sandy beaches one can always enjoy a peaceful spot even in the busiest of times. With the warm,tranquil lagoon and ocean surf at the same beach teenagers and toddlers can enjoy the beach equally.
The Villa is located a short driving distance from some of the best historic sites in Portugal and can find Golfing , great restaurants and cultural distractions nearby. This villa felt like we were the first ones to stay there - so clean and fresh. Host was always helpful and communicated well - local support was not available the week we were there but host continued to answer questions via Vrbo.Kitchen had every utensils you could ever imagine - dishes galore for self catering and a dry food cupboard with spices etcPool was great size, warm and easy to use (cover etc) there was pool tools available and we left some more for the next guests.Plenty of space and seating areas - downstairs was much bigger than we anticipated and great for teens who didn’t want to be around us.Beds were incredibly comfortable, no air con in rooms but fans provided. Great shutters which meant complete darkness.Views of lagoon and beach were stunning.

Our stay in Foz was amazing the Villa was spacious and really well equipped. The owner was very communicative and a real help with questions. Our second stay in the area and can see us returning without question.

Property is very large with plenty of space including games/tv room which is great for young families and/or teenagers to entertain. WIFI reaches whole property including by pool, pool is great size and loads of shades and loungers available. Kitchen has all you need and BBQ area works well especially to enjoy the views whilst cooking. The location is great, some steep short walks to get to beach but it’s not far and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Lots of local supermarkets in nearby town. The views are amazing and every night we watched the sunset which makes the evenings amazing. Property is really clean and the owners kindly got a midweek (2 week stay) clean done which was very thorough. Excellent property
