This unit is well maintained and has an extensive water color art collection of coastal wild birds by Christine Reichow in all rooms.
This unit has many amenities to make your beach vacation very enjoyable. We have DirecTV with DVR, HD signal and you will watch all that on a 55" LG OLED 4K smart flat screen TV. The unit also includes wireless high speed Spectrum internet. The condo will sleep up to 4 and has a full kitchen with new appliances including ice maker, two new full bathrooms, washer/dryer and a new heating and cooling system. Assigned parking at the building for two vehicles. Easy beach access is next to the building.
Primary bedroom has a queen bed and 55” Samsung Smart TV with DirecTV , Second bedroom has a queen bed, 570 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and plush thick towels are provided for your stay. We think of everything so you don't have to!
This quiet 6 unit complex is sure to make your vacation to the beach relaxing and peaceful.
We have all experienced the superficial cleaning at hotels and rental properties which look clean but upon closer inspection you know it is not. My cleaning service does an exceptional job cleaning and is backed up by the 250 plus 5 star reviews.
We are located 7 blocks north of the boardwalk and fishing pier. The condo has easy access next to the building to get on the beach and this section is one of the best.

Clean condo, well stocked kitchen with beautiful dishes and pots/pans, amazing beach view, just steps to the beach, quiet and relaxing, host very quick to respond to questions. Will definitely come again!!

Loved this condo with beach views and easy access to the beach! Property was clean. The stairwell could be cleaner. Condo had well equipped kitchen. Nice bedroom accommodations. Close to everything. Great place to stay!! Host , Rick , is very responsible to any questions.

Me and my wife completely fell in love with this place . It was conveniently located close to all the things we enjoy at the beach . It was very clean and well kept up with plenty of linen and clean towels . We felt right at home and will definitely be coming back to stay here again !!!

There is a reason Rick’s property has 5 star reviews! His communication was prompt and clear. He was super responsive and helpful when we had to add additional days to our stay. The condo was well appointed and very clean. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable. Nice rugs in living room and master bedroom help reduce noise. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views from porch were also highlights. His parking spots allowed easy in/out access. Thirty steps to the condo just to be aware, although it would not stop me from renting Rick’s condo again. He’s a conscientious host who seems genuinely interested in his guests having a positive experience.
