The apartment «SARA conVida - Tecnopark Residence» is a new T2 and is located in the city of Lagoa, next to NONAGON and Hospital Internacional dos Açores.
It is located in the center of the island of São Miguel, which makes it very accessible to the various tourist attractions on the island. It is located 10 km from Ponta Delgada and 1 km from a walking area by the sea, with natural pools.

This was our 2nd time staying at Sara's place. As always, it's a home away from and it's still perfect. There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom with queen size bed, clean comfy sheets, ensuite (with tub/shower combo) and A/C unit as well as black out shades. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, clean and comfy as told by my kids, with black out shades as well and A/C unit. There is a 2nd bathroom with a stand up shower, handheld shower rod as well as the rain shower head. The living room is huge and has a comfortable L shape couch facing the TV (where you can connect to Amazon Prime/Netflix) for those days where you just want to sit in. The a huge dining table which fits 6 people. The kitchen also pretty bit with your oven, microwave and all the essentials needed to cook a meal. You're also going to see a small laundry room with a washing machine and then you can hang your clothes in the balcony. The balcony has a small table/2chairs to enjoy that morning coffee/meal. Ample parking space outside. As well neighbours are pretty awesome. As always, Sara will comunicate with you and she always makes sure you have everything you need. It's an amazing place in the middle of the island and close to their local grocery store "Continente". You will enjoy it !!! The property was gorgeous and clean. Very close to some volcanic pools and great restaurants. It was easy to get to other tourist locations by car. The property manager Sara was very informative, helpful and communicative. Overall a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed the stay with Sara really. The apartment is really fantastic and the location is perfect. Sara has helped us a lot to feel at home from day 1.Many thanks also for the restaurant recommendations!

Sara was an amazing host. From the moment we arrived and she showed us around the apartment and how things operated she was friendly and welcoming. She even left us a small cheese board and some other treats! Very gracious of her.She arranged a safety deposit box for us as well as some umbrellas for the beach. We were visiting Sao Miguel for our son's wedding and Sara offered more than once to help us in any way possible, from providing fresh towels, to storing our luggage after check out. She was amazing to deal with.The apartment is EXACTLY as shown in the photos. Spacious, clean, well decorated. Actually, it's nicer than my place! And location was fantastic, close to the highway and you can be in Ponta Delgada in less than 15 minutes but without the hustle and bustle.Thank you Sara, we will definitely be staying with you in the future.
