Waterfront farmhouse located on the River Haven Sanctuary has 6 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeps up to 16. Pool, Hot Tub, Game Room and Pool House Included. Located on the Wood River, with direct access to paddlle boarding and kayaking and fishing, hiking and mountain biking. 15 Miles to Rhode Island beaches. Casinos and golfing all nearby. You can hear the sounds of the waterfalls throughout the home.
Meticulously renovated farm house overlooking the water. Spacious layout has multiple living rooms and a separate game room. The private rental includes the Pool House, Pool and Hot Tub.
The rental is located on the River Haven Animal Sanctuary, consisting of thirty acres of forestland. Guests can access the Main House and Pool House. The caretakers cottage, the barn and Sanctuary Grounds are excluded. Guided visits to the animal sanctuary may be available on a limited basis.

Jeff was easy to work with. Communications were prompt and professional. The property had a unique charm and is bordered by an animal sanctuary and a watershed p[roperty. A small fishing pond is right outside your front window. Only place I know of where you could swim in a pool, roast smores and commune with donkeys all at the same time. The house was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. It easily accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 children. We had a blast.

We are a family of 15- 8 adults 7 children and 4 dogs! We had the best time! The property is sprawling- we played bocci, used the fire pit, hot tub etc. The property is fenced and the animals are enclosed separately. Lots of room to cook, eat and hang out in two large family rooms with tv’s! We had a ball and highly recommend!! The Maiocco’s July 2025
