Everything was clean, communication was great with the host, split units upstairs and down stairs in each bedroom. This duplex has two bedrooms downstairs stairs with one master bedroom and a bathroom attached. The second bedroom down stairs has a bathroom right outside of the room. It does have a small office with a single bed upstairs. Entry into the house after final payment was easy and Yan was very helpful with any issues. A washer and dryer is upstairs in the laundry room. This is a duplex not a complete house. No access to the garage, it was full of personal items of the owner. Elderly may have problems going up and down the steps in the duplex. Great view from the back overlooking Clearlake.

We were there for a wedding. The view was absolutely spectacular. The owners were great to work with.
The property was a little worn. We were slightly nervous to be out on decks. It seemed as if property wasn’t used much as there were many cobwebs. I usually wouldn’t mention but with a $175 cleaning fee should have
been a bit cleaner

Great views of the lake was the best part. The worst part was spiders and cobwebs in much of the house. Had to buy a Swiffer to go through the house and remove them. We had a lot of family over for dinner each night and unfortunately there were no mixing/serving bowls or platters which made it a challenge. No working garbage disposal was also frustrating. Overhead cooling system made it difficult to manage temperature in the house.We would not stay here again.
