The condo worked well for our beach trip! Marlene was a wonderful host and communicated well. She helped us with a couple of minor issues that came up during our stay and was super fast with her response. The view is wonderful and the beach and pool access is very easy. There are also bathrooms next to the pool, so you don’t have to go all the way back up to your room. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. The only negative of the stay was the condo complex security. While I appreciate the effort to keep things safe, there are an extreme amount of rules for the complex that aren’t clearly posted. Some things were sent to us by our host about a week before our trip, but other things (such as no drinks by the pool) were not. That was the only thing that would make me second guess staying here again. Marlene and the condo itself were both fantastic!

The condo was clean, spacious and has a nice view. We were on the second floor directly above the beach store and the pool. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella set up was a plus! The beds were large, but not very comfortable and there weren’t any additional blankets or throw blankets for the couch. The toilet in the master bedroom runs constantly, but it’s bearable if you keep the bathroom door shut. Our check-in code did not work upon arrival, but our host Marlene was easy to communicate with and resolved the issue very quickly. Overall the property was nice and in a great location.
