About this house rental
Perfect vacation spot. Enjoy your vacation on this 3 bedroom 2 bath, Central air conditioned house bordering Emery Lake. Beautiful views of the pond and adjacent cranberry farm. Enjoy the pond for kayaking, swimming, and fishing(3 kayaks are provided). Relax on the 40' deck facing the pond with fire table and barbecue on Weber stainless steel grill on pation underneath. Inside the house, there are two 65", 4K TV's, one on each floor with multi channel cable and Wi Fi, a competition quality Ping Pong table,and variety of old fashioned board games. There are two bedrooms on upper floor each with a queen size bed and a family room and kitchen and a full bathroom. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with queen size bed, a family room with a sectional and sleeping couch and a bunk bed with trundle, a full bathroom, and a den with sleeping coach. Both floors have sliding doors to outside with views of the pond. Two bedrooms have water views and one bedroom has cranberry farm views. There is an enclosed outdoor shower also.
You can walk, bike, or drive a few minutes to all the attraction Chatham has to offer.The house is only 1.5 mile to town center (mostly side walks) for shopping, restaurants, galleries, etc. It is a short walk away from the Cape Cod Biking Trail. Oyster Pond Beach is about 1.5 miles away. Other beaches including Light House Beach, Harding Beach, Ridge vale beach are about 2.7 miles away.

We had an amazing stay with our family of five. We stayed there this summer with our 3 grown kids, and the house was PERFECT! The check-in process was super easy, and Mehrdad was very responsive to any questions we had. First off, the house is adorable and has everything you need to cook, BBQ, and just enjoy your stay. We loved the kayaks, fishing poles, beach stuff, ping pong table, and the different areas to hang out. The house is in the perfect location to get around Cape Cod. We did day trips to several beaches, rode bikes, and just enjoyed our time together. I would stay at this house again in a heartbeat. It was one of my favorite rentals....exactly how it looks in the pictures. Actually, better in person for sure! The deck off the back was our favorite place to have coffee in the morning and watch the sunset at night. Would love to go back!

Beautiful property with nice views from the back deck. Area is a short drive to beautiful Chatham coast and downtown shopping and dining areas. Highly recommend.

The home was lovely, nestled in amongst beautiful landscaping and natural flora. It provided great lakefront vistas, and the interior was spacious and well updated. I would heartily recommend.

The house was everything we could have needed or wanted! The updated appliances were amazing- and everything was in great working condition. The property was safe and clean; and our 9 month old was loving all of the toys and space to roll around. 5 stars all around- would recommend to anyone!
