This home was very nice and and plenty of space! My only word of caution would be to bring your beach chairs. They have a lot of poly-wood Adirondack chairs (15+) on the decks, but only one beach chair that was easy to carry down to the beach. It was amazing all of the other amenities that they had including kitchen ware, games, books and appliances. We had no other needs while we were there.

My family and I had a great stay. The location was great. Getting to the beach was easy along the decking to the gazebo at the top of the dune. The open floor plan of the kitchen/living room/dining area was perfect. We will definitely look to stay here on our next visit to OBX.

The house is large and in an ideal location if you’re planning on visiting the community pool daily. It is right next to it. The rooms are large and spacious and our multifamily group fit comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked. It had everything we needed and more to cook all meals at the house. The gazebo was one of the highlights for our group. The sand dune is a bit steep to walk over if you have any elderly or disabled people in your group.
