"Abendsonne" Vacation Apartment with Balcony in the Berolina Building in Dahme
Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments service office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.
This one-room vacation apartment with a balcony is located on the 5th floor of the Berolina apartment complex. With approximately 37 m² of living space, up to 2 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation here.
In the bright and cheerfully furnished living and sleeping area, you’ll find a fold-out bed (185x200 cm) that can be folded out and put away in just a few simple steps. There is ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The living area also features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a TV. In the modern, well-equipped kitchen with a kitchen bar, you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals. For your morning coffee, there’s a drip coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine, for example. The modern, en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the fields and meadows. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are included.
You can conveniently park your car in the underground parking space (185 cm high). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Houses An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washer and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
