The 150 m² property blends traditional charm with all modern comforts. Enjoy a spacious living room featuring a beautifully restored marés stone arch and a vaulted cellar once used for food storage, adding unique character to the space.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, and all essentials for your stay. Additional amenities: washing machine, Wi-Fi with workspace for remote work, TV, DVD player, game console, books, and children’s toys. Air conditioning, cot, and high chair are also provided.



There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for families or groups of friends.

The house is exclusively for you and your companions. On-site parking is available, plus free street parking. The garage fits a medium family car (not suitable for large vans). On-street parking is in the blue zone: display your arrival time; the limit is 1 hour during business hours. From 8 p.m. to 9 a.m., parking is unrestricted.
