Escape to our stylish 4BR Lompoc home boasting hilltop views perfect for rocket launch viewing or reconnecting with your favorite people. Get your game on with a PS5, 75" tv, pool table, darts, and tablegames, or unwind in the yard by the fire pit under the stars. Walk to nearby Bodger Trail trailhead, or enjoy the playground and open space across the street. Our newly remodeled home offers an array of modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and a warm, inviting ambiance.

Please treat it with the same respect as you would your own home: treat it gently and clean up after yourself. If you have any trouble with any of the amenities, let us know so we can correct the problem.
Rental Rules
• Respect check-in and check-out times.
• No shoes inside.
• No smoking on property.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Drive slowly and follow parking instructions.
• Do not rearrange the furniture.
• Enjoy your meal at the dining table. Please no food or drink (except water) in the bedrooms.
• Switch off lights, climate control units, and electronics when leaving.
• Do not bring bedding or blankets outside or next to the fire.
• Do not use outlets for EV Charging. Use EV Charger only.
• Dispose of garbage in the garbage bins provided.
• Please care for the home and furnishings as if they were your own. If damage occurs, please report it in a timely manner. Guests are responsible for damage outside of normal wear and tear.
Pet Rules
• Pet fees ($50 per pet) should be paid through your guest portal before check-in. If pet fees are not paid prior to check-in, host reserves the right to disable checkin. Unclaimed and unpaid pets will be charged $150 per pet.
• No pets are allowed on furniture.
• Please pick up after your pet, and use leashes responsibly when pets are outside.

• Always supervise fires.
• Put the fire out before leaving.
• Use only fire tools provided for working with the fire.

We came to Lompoc to visit our family that lives in town. The home was comfortable and had all the amenities you need. Quiet neighborhood and the house had plenty of space. There were only three of us and a dog, but this home was much more comfortable than any hotel options in town. I would stay here again and would recommend to any family or friends coming to town.

The house was perfect! Pool table could use some "leveling" but made for some funny excuses. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.
