About this apartment rental
The perfect space for a digital nomad! This unique private suite is brand new & comes w/ its own private outdoor office! Including a new queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, fully stocked wine cabinet, beautiful minibar, and in unit washer & dryer! The unit is extremely clean and very nicely decorated. A quick 5 minute walk to Ashmont T Station (Red Line), which takes you directly to Downtown Boston, Harvard Square, South Boston, Kendall/MIT, U Mass. Great restaurants nearby - Molinari's and Tavolo Ristorante, as well as a local Italian bakery and coffee shop just across Ashmont metro station.

It is located in Ashmont Hill, which is an area within Boston's Dorchester area that is known for their beautiful victorian homes, diverse and eclectic neighboorhood. The house is located about a five minute walk from the Ashmont metro station - which is the last and/or first station on the red line. Extremely convenient.

By far our most popular & creative unit on the property! The Boiler Room includes a queen size bed and its own private bathroom + fully stocked wine cabinet + a fully stocked craft beer fridge! The listing is on the garden level and it is our most spacious and popular unit. The perfect space for a digital nomad!
The Boiler Room can be accessed via its own private entryway located at the back of the house. Everything in the unit is brand-new, modern and very comfortable.

Property was pretty clean, well maintained with ample street parking. Good location for traveling around Boston. The driveway and nearby area was well litSome improvements to be had are the following:-No tissues were provided - we thought this would have been a given for someone staying away from home-Noise - we could hear footsteps at night time. One night, this happened around midnight as well as audible talking while we were sleeping. The rules say no parties but yet upstairs was loud each night. Please do better about noise if you’re going to have a rule about guests not throwing parties and being loud. We would come back to the stay to sleep and would hear noise from upstairs

Honestly, the Boiler Room is even bigger than it looks in the pictures and is so perfectly curated! We LOVED our stay and if I ever get the opportunity to come back to Boaton, I will be staying here!

We had a nice visit for our son’s graduation. Eddie was incredibly responsive and answered any and all questions we had. The room was very cozy but very dark, but that’s to be expected since it’s a basement. Other reviewers weren’t happy with the kitchenette - that didn’t bother us. What we had trouble with was the people above us. I’m wondering if they are told that there are people below them when they check in because it sounded like a house party for elephants was going on above us. I understand the house is old (and beautiful!) and that we were on the very bottom level, but it seriously sounded like the people above were dropping weights on the floor. They came back one time at 3:00 AM and instead of passing out or going straight to bed, they thought it would be a good idea to walk around and do things till almost 4:00 AM. Anyway, despite all of this, Eddie alone made this a positive experience. I’m not trying to be totally negative, I just want people to be aware of what they MAY experience. Things might not be so frustrating for others!

Our stay at the Boiler Room was fantastic. Eddie is an extremely communicative host and was accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
