Duplex Cap Negret is a beautiful and stylish two-bedroom duplex in Altea. Check-in and make yourself at home! It is perfect for an active family vacation or a couple looking for a romantic getaway.
In addition, this duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has been designed with care and attention to detail.
When you enter the duplex, you enter a spacious hallway. The first level of the house features two bedrooms and two baths and a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the sun while reading your favorite book.
The Master suite has its private bathroom including with a beautiful walk-in shower and a sinks. The Master bedroom offers a double bed, a big dresser in the hallway and air conditioning. The second bedroom offers also a double bed and air conditioning with a bathroom with shower in the hallway.
When you go up the stairs you will come across the living room, kitchen and a spacious balcony.
The living area is comfortably furnished so you can finish up some work, relax after a day of sightseeing, or catch up on your latest read or binge-worthy TV programs via the Smart TV. Moreover, you can also use the free fast internet. We invite you to take advantage of the amenities, but know that well-earned relaxation in this beautiful space will be hard to turn down!
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking. The dining table comfortably sits 4 people.

The location is unique. You are very close to the beach. The beach is hardly crowded as it is located in a bay. Several restaurants, supermarkets, and even a train station are within walking distance. We took this train for a day trip to Denia, which was a great experience. However, renting a car is recommended.
It would be nice to let the doors to the terasses to be repaired

The property was spacious, clean and well equipped with spectacular views of the sea & coast. A lovely pool & direct access to the beach. The hosts were very welcoming which meant we really enjoyed our stay. Excellent.

Beautiful location exactly front of the sea not far away from the city center! Clean apartment with everything you need! Top service and really friendly. We will come back for sure and I recommend for everyone want feel home while they are in vacation!
was no hand soap in the WC and maybe more toilet paper because we stayed for a week and 2 roll of toilet paper for 4 person was not enough

We thoroughly loved our stay in the apartment which completely fulfilled our expectations. A great property in an idyllic location.
Sliding door to balcony from lounge/dining area difficult to open/close. Extremely bad odour from drain in shower room.
