About this house rental
Welcome to The Ulloa House! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Nestle in downtown New Orleans, it's about 2 miles from the Superdome, you'll be close enough to get to the big game; and with 5 Bedrooms, 7 beds and 5 ensuite bathrooms, there is enough room for everyone! Enjoy your coffee from the private balcony or BBQ in the spacious backyard. You'll be close to everything while experiencing a quiet getaway.
Our guests have the option for an in person check-in which includes a walkthrough of the property, demonstration of the amenities, as well as recommendations for the area, with one of our experienced local New Orleans Property Managers (for no extra charge).
Guests can also check-in privately and the access codes will be sent upon check-in. Our concierge service is available for all of our guests. We're here to take the hassle out of setting appointments and reservations.

The location of this property is great for its convenience . 'Only 10 minutes to the French Quarter and easy access to highways, Tulane Ave, and a moderate walk to the Superdome! Close to Whole Foods, boutiques, salons, cafes, restaurants, bars and more. The neighborhood is private, and quiet with all the charm of New Orleans.
Guests have access to the entire property with a fenced-in backyard perfect for family outings, or just enjoying the sun in a private setting. Great for out door games and group activities , and ideal for bachelor & bachelorette gatherings, family reunions, corporate events and more!
The Ulloa House has 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms within the home. All 5 rooms have an attached ensuite bath with marble floors. The space includes a private driveway for two cars, covered front porch, full open kitchen and a balcony in the Master bedroom that's coupled with a view of city skyline. The master suite features both king sized bed and twin sized day bed + a beautiful soaking tub that's perfect for relaxing and a separate walk-in shower. The office space features additional sleeping arrangements, with a twin bed.
Guests are welcome to bring their vehicles, with a two car driveway and street parking, Guests are also encouraged to travel by using ride share apps such as Uber/Lyft. Chauffeur and Cab services are also available.

As a frequent traveler and having been in the business for more than 30 years of short term rental properties which included condos, houses, and villas. For a luxury this home lacked a few things and needs several things.The location was great and very excisable to all activities and hot spots. With a little work and some small purchases this could be a luxury home.Kitchen: needs wine glasses, sharper knives, a cutting board, dish towels, pot holders, more drinking glasses and maybe a griddle or pan cakes, sausage, bacon, etc.The pot filler does not work properly. The water pressure is terrible in the kitchen, It drips out. The ice maker pits out an excess amount of ice which hits the floor when you open the door. The table and stools, are not fit for older people and belong more in a kids playroom or craft room.Baths: All need hooks for hanging towels, new sheets needed, towels are looking worn. There are no hair dryers at all. I purchased one at the Good will store and left it there for the next guests. Two of the bathtub stoppers did not work at all.Bedrooms:, All need hangers.Living area: For a home this large, there is limited seating in the living area. We were a party of 7 and could not all sit in the living room at one time. The coach is very stained and uncomfortable.

The house was very clean and comfy! Exactly as listed. We stayed here for a weekend for a cheer competition at the convention center, and would definitely book again. Felt very safe the entire time.
